SEO Services

Organic SEO services Ireland offer the complete range of services required to help you achieve higher ranking in all the major search engines.

As part of an SEO services package, we start with an audit and we prepare your site so it can easily be accessed by Google. We then find out what key words are most suited for your business. Once this is achieved we start a backlinking and social media campaign to raise the popularity of your site and push your site through the search engine rankings. For newer sites, sometimes this can be done in conjunction with an ad words campaign to get your website some instant traffic. Part of our services is to manage the online reputation of your company or brand by “removing” any negative comments that appear on the first page of search engine results.

1.Website Audit

There are very few sites that cannot be improved on when it comes to on site SEO. It is possible to rank well if your on site SEO is poor but if any of your competitors sites are well optimized. Optimizing a site for SEO purposes is not rocket science but it must be done correctly. In order to rank well for keywords, the Google bot must be able to crawl your site freely and quickly allowing it to collect all the relevant data required to apply its algorithm. Sometimes sites offer too much information in some areas and not enough in others so a balance is required. We examine your coding, images, tags and content and keyword density. We make any changes necessary and then move on to areas off your site as part of an SEO services campaign.

2.Keyword Research –  Competition Analysis – Backlinking
Keywords are vital to any SEO campaign. No matter what you do or how well you do it, unless you choose the right keywords, you will be wasting much of your effort. A typical example would be a legal company who came to us asking for SEO services and they had done their own “keyword research”. They were adamant that they wanted to pursue the keywords “Dublin solicitor” as part of their campaign. Of course, this key phrase has the most searches in relation to legal services but it is such a generic term that everyone looking for legal services from a divorce to a will would be using this term and because this legal company had quite a narrow area of expertise 95% of any traffic to their site would have a very low conversion rate. In the end they agreed to chase other keywords specific to their niche and their conversion rate is now very high. Once the site has been optimized correctly and the most relevant keywords chosen we then take a look at the competition. We generally analyse the top 10 web sites in the results of the search engine to see what they are doing right.  Analysing backlinks to competitors websites is actually a very complicated procedure. Every backlink has some value and this value can vary greatly depending many factors. On most sites we have examined only about 10%-15% are of any real value in SEO terms so it’s our job to find out the true value of these links and better them. It has nothing whatsoever to do with volume of backlinks. Just because a site has 20,000 backlinks does not mean that another site with 100 can’t better them in the results. In the end we save our clients a lot of money by adopting this approach in the beginning of a campaign as we don’t waste their money and our time creating worthless links. Quality SEO wins every time.

3.Social Media Marketing

Unless you live on another planet you will be aware of social media as a marketing platform. There is no doubt that Google uses social mentions as an indicator of popularity just like backlinks and indeed will be putting more emphasis on this in the future as unlike backlinking it’s more difficult to “rig” , as natural social mentions develop a very distinct pattern over time. By opening a Facebook page and a twitter account, you can’t expect the traffic to start rolling in. You have to give to get. At the moment, the “experts” are raving about Social Media Marketing and how you can use these to get traffic and countless backlinks. Wrong . Unless you have a clear goal of what you are trying to achieve,  it can actually damage your sites performance. Sadly, most “experts” recommend bookmarking your links on every bookmarking site, tweet of your blog posts, set up lots of Squidoo lens pages, and lots more “tricks”, then you interlink all of these together and you will see tons of traffic. Sure, at the moment, some of that is working for some and in some cases working quite well. But most seasoned social media marketers have known for some time now that it’s short-lived, and that these methods will leave footprints that will eventually come back to haunt your site and in some cases may get the site completely de-indexed. Google is an ever-changing animal. Just because it works today, offers no guarantee it will work tomorrow.  SEO is a long-term venture and this technique is commonly known as social media spam giving short-term results for long-term costs. Used correctly social media marketing can give you a great platform for brand awareness, exposure, networking, and a big boost in traffic. As a small online business, social media marketing gives you an edge over bigger companies. Studies have shown that most big companies have not yet twigged the power of social media potentially has or have at least been very slow to react and have therefore left a nice little gap for the smaller company to expose the potential.

4.PPC
PPC or “pay-per-click” is an option for many companies who simply don’t have the time or resources to wait around while the organic SEO campaign kicks in and starts to deliver traffic which can take months!  If you are unfamiliar with this for of marketing, PPC is an online marketing formula used to price online advertisements for products or businesses. Using Google as an example, you agree to pay Google an agreed amount when an advert appears in Google’s search engine results and is clicked. This is a more expensive way of marketing your brand and depending on your margins and conversion rate you can lose money if the correct keywords are not applied. The last thing you want are people clicking your advert who have no intention of buying your product.

5.Reputation Management
If you don’t want to leave the success of your company to chance and if you seriously care about the online reputation of your business than you should take all appropriate measures to contain any negative publicity that appears in search engine results so that it has a little impact as possible on the decision-making of potential clients. It’s no secret that the impression your company makes online does predetermine the amount of people who will want to buy your products or your services. It doesn’t matter whether your company is a fortune 500 company or a startup it takes months or even years to build up a positive relationship with the clients, all of which can be undone by damaging results in the search engines. In many cases the negativity in search engine results are unjust as it might relate to a fault in a product which has since been rectified, yet the these negative comments are still appearing high in the search engines. While we have no control over the websites holding the comments themselves, we can move them down the rankings by promoting positive comments which acts as a double bonus as the negative ones disappear while positive ones appear in their place. Most complaints are not actively promoted so it is usually not difficult to achieve this. That being said, we always advise clients to create a platform that allows customers to complain such as a customer service page. More often than not, clients who fail to carry out this end up coming back sooner or later with more issues. People will usually only complain in public forums about a product if all other avenues have been exhausted so by giving them a chance to vent their frustrations behind closed doors making it is far less damaging.

We appreciate that SEO is a bit of a mystery to many people and it’s quite understandable. If you feel your business would benefit from any of the above services just contact us with a brief description of your business and we will be happy to discuss any potential your online business might have. We manually review sites and explain to our clients how they stand in plain english and we certainly don’t churn out automated  ”free” reports that are full of technical gibberish. We actively encourage our clients at all times to ask questions about any aspect of an SEO campaign
